This role requires a strategic thinker, effective collaborator, and supportive coach who has a track record of driving results. In addition to directly driving sales, the Director must be able to develop compelling client strategies while also serving as a thought leader within our organization and industry.The solutions we offer are powered by data from our 32 million customers nationwide and have the technology, partnerships, and the expertise to reach nearly the entire marketplace.JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to deliver revenue growth while ensuring success in achieving the company’s and our client’s business objectives.

Deliver results.Proactively cultivate and nurture connections with brands and marketing/advertising agencies for potential partnerships.

Build Relationships.Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders with the ability to adapt to many levels of technical expertise.

Own the Message.Mentor, train, and coach a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives to drive results and manage day-to-day sales activity.

Develop Team.Coordinate sales efforts that may include scripting, guiding a discovery process, sharing best practices, sharing expertise/training, and leading solution development.

Model excellence.Stay current on digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, ad measurement, technology trends, buying patterns/budgeting across all media including but not limited to television, CTV, OTT, display, video, search, and data integrations.

Be a Thought Leader.Foster an environment of cross-functional collaboration to innovate and scale solution enhancements required to accelerate revenue (Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, etc.)
