We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our coaching programs, webinars, and events. You will work closely with the team to create engaging content, manage our social media presence, and drive customer engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to make a significant impact in an intimate company setting. This position will have a hybrid schedule, with the candidate working in the office at least three days per week as well as from home. Develop and manage compelling content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company websiteOversee and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTubeCreate and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote events, and communicate with clienteleCoordinate marketing efforts for live and virtual events, including webinars, workshops, and training sessionsOptimize website content for search engines to increase organic trafficConduct research to identify new marketing opportunities, understand industry trends, and monitor competitor activityWork closely with other team members to align marketing efforts with overall business objectivesQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in a marketing roleStrong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media, and email marketingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Workspace, MailChimp, and CanvaCreative mindset with a keen eye for design and detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCompensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
