$57,000 - $65,000 / yearDescription: As a Marketing and Sales Coordinator at TMZ Events, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives and supporting our sales efforts. You'll collaborate with various teams to strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote TMZ Events' services and events.Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.Support the sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and providing sales support materials.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales initiatives.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing and/or sales coordination, preferably in the events or entertainment industry.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.Strategic thinker with analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Creative mindset with a passion for events and entertainment.Benefits:
