Help small and medium businesses craft customized experiences for their unique customers, using the power of our CRM. Transform how marketing teams of all sizes create and manage their content across channels and formats leveraging AI. Explore our Content Hub product to learn more about this critical product.In this role you’ll get to:Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for our GenAI content products, leveraging the context that HubSpot has about customers to create better AI outputs.Install a system of measurement and user feedback for GenAI output quality, helping to improve that quality over time.Explore complex and ambiguous GenAI problems related to B2B content creation.Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the companyGuide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launchUnderstand our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and oftenUse data to identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our customers growWe are looking for people who have:Experience launching AI products successfully to customersExperience building content marketing and/or content management systemsA track record of leading collaborative projects across many teams from start to finishA multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffsThe ability to articulate product vision to a variety of audiencesA deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and othersA drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problemsExcellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skillsA desire to understand how HubSpot products workThe ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect informationDemonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environmentCash compensation range:
