Product Designer

on our client's team is responsible for designing enterprise level products, optimized for productivity. This role will maintain and design pharmacy inventory systems, including desktop and mobile experiences. The vision for Pharmacy at our client is changing as they want to position their pharmacies as holistic healthcare providers. The stakeholders are currently defining the tools needed to become more "location agnostic" so pharmacists can respond and provide care remotely when needed.HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Creates quality final product deliverables (e.g. user flow, user journeys, wireframes, and final visual compositions).Performs detailed analysis of business and user needs and develops clear UX documentation (templates will be provided).Ensures all designs adhere to the established enterprise level Design System and may recommend changes to styles and patterns as necessary.Participates, contributes to, and presents designs during internal bi-weekly design reviews as well as leadership design reviews, defending concepts with concrete tactical rationale.Collaborates daily with product managers, product owners, business analysts, system analysts, and scrum teams to ensure quality and consistency.Skills: Design, FigmaTop Skills Details: Design, FigmaAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience designing multiple products simultaneously while maintaining design consistency.Experience creating final UX deliverables, user flows, user journeys, final comps, and other visual artifacts.Experience with project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and roadmap planning tools.Successful in building relationships with internal and external partners.Successful in collaborative work within and across disciplines.Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions for driving improvements.Experience identifying operational issues and leading efforts to improve processes and implement strategies to resolve problems.Experience adapting to changes related to product needs and scope.Strong critical thinking, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills.Experience Level: Expert LevelAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
