You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Key to your success will be your ability to build long-lasting, service-focused, customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management

– Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.Business Development

– Prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business.Teamwork

– Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.Business Industry Acumen

– Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends.Customer Focus

– Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.Regular in-person meetings will require travel by car and could require travel outside of the driving radius of your office location.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.A minimum of five years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.A track record of commitment to prior employers.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.Preferred Qualifications & SkillsSuccess in building long-term relationships with clients at a senior/C-Suite level.Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.Bilingual in Spanish and English.What’s in it for you?When you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture.
