Your Impact

The Communications Director acts as ambassador and guarantor of the House’s image. It is the Communications Director's mission to profile, build and protect the House’s reputation.

Develop and implement the short term (3yrs) for the PCDO region with a major focus on the Middle East, India, Turkey and South Africa.

Lead ongoing brand communication and engagement strategies for press, talent, influencer, fragrance, and makeup artist communities and construct strategic regional launch plans for major collection and product innovation launches.

Oversee major communications and relationship engagement activity in all markets with the objective of elevating brand awareness and driving relevance and sales. Oversee ambassadorships, talent/influencer collaborations, partnerships and event sponsorships for the brand.

Ensure any local activations in secondary PCDO markets (total of 35) within communications are reflective of brand expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PLANNING AND STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT

Work directly with Central to lead development of regional communication, talent, influencer, and makeup artist engagement strategies resulting in activity for Dior Beauty to drive brand awareness and consideration establishing Dior as the leading makeup and fragrance brand in the region.

Strategize brand stories to position Dior Beauty as a leader in cosmetics and develop and execute a strategy to highlight key spokespersons for brand through modern storytelling in print and digital media.

Oversee talent/ambassador partnerships, events and partnerships, developing strategies to leverage brand with consumer engagement online, across social and in-store.

Drive the acceleration of digital, social, and content strategies to reach & recruit new audiences (Gen Z, Millennials), fueling advocacy and brand communities including beauty influencers, external makeup artist and fragrance communities, fashion, and celebrity.
