The Lodge at Natchez Trace is actively recruiting for our next all-star team member to join the team at our beautiful Assisted Living community located in Bellevue, Tennessee. We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee all nursing operations. You will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards, care, and policies & procedures. There, all associates will be able to do their best in caring for our residents. We are committed to helping each of our team members have more than just a “job”. Skills and Abilities:Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal capabilities. Change leadership skills, problem solving and expertise in planning and organizing.
Personal Attributes:Results oriented, detail oriented, proactive, focused, adaptable, compassionate, flexible and professional at all times.
