We are seeking a Sr. Manager - Staff Product Designer to join our team, influencing and crafting the future of our Enterprise Data experiences. As an individual contributor, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our platforms that serve our internal data users.
What You’ll Do:You’ll be asked to handle a variety of responsibilities, including:
Collaboration & Connection:
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to create interfaces aligning with customer experience needs.
Advocating for the customer through human-centered design methodologies.
Supporting and leading design-led workshops to engage and build alignment across different partners and teams.
Championing prioritization of design-centered product enhancements grounded in research and analysis.
Mentoring designers of varying levels of experience and skills.
Embracing and advocating for an experience mindset.
Discovery & Delivery:
Leading and defining near and future-state vision by working with partners to facilitate discovery sessions.
Hands-on designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our data platforms.
Developing and implementing design system strategies.
Participating in end-to-end product design.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent interaction design skills.
Comfortable working with a variety of business partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Mastery of design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in front-end languages and tooling such as Angular, React, and Design System Tokens.
Familiarity creating and contributing to established design systems.
