Storyful serves leading Platforms, Corporations and Media organizations with market-leading social intelligence and strategic advice, leveraging proprietary technology for narrative, influencer and sentiment reporting. As the leader of our Intelligence team, you will transform our boutique offering into a market-leading force in intelligence-driven marketing and communications strategy. You’ll enjoy a challenging, energetic, and rewarding work environment with significant opportunities for professional growth, collaborating with customers and internal teams to create exceptional experiences and business value.Responsibilities:Develops and executes Intelligence team’s strategy, with a focus on developing annual commercial plans to achieve revenue targets, and shaping the Intelligence team’s marketing plans.Works with the product and technology teams to identify and integrate emerging technologies into the Intelligence suite of reporting products.Promotes the Intelligence organization strategy by articulating goals and mission to internal and external audiences and aligning strategy with customer needs.Acts as a thought leader in marketing and communications, leveraging insights from reports and team members.Drive all aspects of client service including insights, strategy, and program development for client campaigns.Enhances analysis and insight offerings by developing actionable insights for clients, driving ROI and tangible outcomes for clients.Builds and develops the team to deliver exceptional results for clients.Customer/Commercial Focus:Fosters a customer-centric culture, optimizing service delivery to ensure client success for our clients.Engages deeply with clients’ businesses to enhance Storyful Intelligence's capabilities and deliver sustainable ROI.Directs the business development team to foster new customer relationships through insightful conversations and in-person engagements, accelerating new client acquisition and growth.Maintains close relationships with senior clients, providing ongoing counsel in navigating the dynamic business environment.Networks strategically to evangelize the Storyful Intelligence proposition and gain insight into market trends and customer pain points.Requirements:10+ years of experience in a marketing/communications agency, with responsibility for revenue generation and client counsel.Exceptional communication skills, including writing, editing, storytelling, and visual communications.Energized and motivated by driving new business growth for the organization.A consummate networker with a robust network of contacts among senior marketing and communications professionals.Deep understanding of the marketing and communications industry and extensive experience in crafting data-driven strategies.A highly organized, credible leader with strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.A capable and respected coach and leader, able to build happy, motivated and engaged teams.Proven ability to influence and create buy-in throughout the organization.Join us in transforming Storyful's Intelligence team into a market-leading force.
