Job Overview:

We are a global entertainment brand and we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Photo and Digital Operations/Asset Manager to oversee the management, organization, and enhancement of its extensive digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meta tagging, digital archiving, and asset organization, along with advanced skills in Photoshop and photo retouching. This role is essential in ensuring that all digital content is efficiently cataloged, easily accessible, and maintained at the highest quality for various projects and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:Meta Tagging & Digital Archiving:

Implement and manage a comprehensive system for tagging, archiving, and organizing digital assets, ensuring that all files are easily searchable and accessible to the team. Maintain consistency and accuracy in metadata across all digital content.Asset Organization:

Oversee the organization and categorization of a large library of digital assets, including photos, videos, and other multimedia. Develop and enforce best practices for file naming, folder structure, and version control.Photoshop & Retouching:

Utilize advanced Photoshop skills to edit, retouch, and enhance images to meet the organization’s high standards. Prepare images for various formats and platforms, ensuring they are optimized for both print and digital use.Quality Control:

Conduct regular audits of digital assets to ensure all files meet the organization’s quality standards. Identify and address any issues with image quality, metadata accuracy, or file organization.Collaboration:

Work closely with creative teams, photographers, and other stakeholders to ensure that digital assets are aligned with the organization’s branding and visual identity. Provide support in managing and delivering assets for various projects and campaigns.Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve processes for digital asset management, including the introduction of new tools, technologies, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Training & Support:

Provide training and support to team members on digital asset management best practices, including the use of metadata, file organization, and Photoshop techniques.

Qualifications:Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital asset management, with a focus on meta tagging, archiving, and organization. Strong background in Photoshop and photo retouching is essential.Industry Knowledge:

Experience working in the entertainment industry or a related field is preferred, with an understanding of the unique demands and standards for digital content within this sector.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with advanced skills in image retouching and enhancement. Familiarity with digital asset management software and tools for meta tagging and archiving.Attention to Detail:

Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accuracy and consistency in metadata, file organization, and image quality.Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a large volume of digital assets efficiently and effectively.Communication:
