Job Description
Plan, develop, organize, write and edit software user guides and standard processes and procedures, workflows, and other user-facing documentation for a wide range of internal and externally-facing applications
Design, create, and maintain documentation templates
Analyze and edit documents to maintain continuity of style and content with a focus on clarity, impact, flow, meaning, and readability
Manage updates and revisions to documents
Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on changes being released that may affect their internal processes
Provide creative visual aids/illustrative aspects to documents to assist users in their understanding. This can include screenshots, callouts, and workflow diagrams
