We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent attention to detail, be a strong multi-tasker and bring fashion stylist experience.
Key Assistant Stylist Responsibilities:Your role will include, but are not limited to, the following duties:Managing of client fashion portfoliosTaking notes during client(s) sessionMaintaining online client looksCommunications with client(s)Building virtual closets (ecomm photos)Updating SOPsOrganizing and maintaining client folder(s)Updating client(s) informationUpdating client(s) invoice and ensuring accuracyPlacing orders and invoicingOnboarding new client(s)Managing Google drive - styling foldersBooking travelManaging client(s) database(s)/ book(s) of businessTaking on tasks of Lead Stylists as neededCompleting deliverables on timeTravel as needed
Qualifications:Degree in fashion, art, or other related fieldPrevious experience in fashion styling as fashion stylist/personal stylistExcellent attention to detailStrong organization skillsAbility to take high volumes of information and create and organize into action itemsProfessional written and verbal communication skillsFlexible and adaptableResourcefulPass a background check and drug screen
