In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the non-qualified deferred compensation leadership and consulting team, with a strong emphasis on managing our sales pipeline and reporting processes. You will oversee CRM data management, drive improvements for CRM protocols, and develop comprehensive sales reports and dashboards. Additionally, you will actively manage and participate in pipeline calls to ensure efficient movement of potential business through the sales funnel. Your role will also involve leading and supporting various marketing initiatives including drafting of RFP responses and refinement of presentations and supporting our client onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Pipeline/Activity Management:Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, including organizing and facilitating pipeline calls with managing directors, consultants, and channel partners.Track and report on pipeline progress, proactively identify gaps and collaboration needs, and provide actionable steps to keep business moving efficiently through the sales funnel.CRM and Reporting:Administer CRM data, including data entry and data integrity ensuring accuracy and consistency in support of organization’s reporting objectives.Develop and maintain sales dashboards, generate various sales-related reports, and enhance/reinforce CRM protocols and processes with the sales/consulting team.Support the documentation and tracking of consulting team activities in CRMClient Onboarding and Support:Support the implementation and onboarding of new clients in accordance with established implementation processes.Facilitate the gathering and documentation of required data from various sources to ensure efficient and streamlined client onboarding.Marketing Support:Lead marketing efforts, including creating/refining presentations and responding to RFPs in collaboration with the communications, sales and consulting teams.Manage targeted marketing lists and follow up on marketing activities to support channel development efforts.Management and/or support of ad-hoc marketing initiatives/events, as needed.Administrative Support:Coordinate and facilitate meetings for senior leadership/consulting team and handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:5-7 years of experience supporting sales and/or marketing teams, with a strong focus on sales pipeline management.Familiarity with non-qualified deferred compensation plans and related products.Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), and SharePoint.Strong communication, organization, time management, and project management skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proven track record in streamlining sales processes and interpreting sales metrics.Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to navigate and manage shifting priorities effectively.
