NOTE:

This role includes program management, risk & control, design and execution.

The bank is looking for Program Execution Project Manager for HR Transformation. The PM is expected to design processes & controls and support execution:

Responsibilities:Drive, design and manage implementation of HR process and control changes for MarketsFacilitate remediation-related engagement with the business and functional partnersDevelop frameworks, documentation, procedures, change management plans and concise communication materials adjusted to the audienceClearly articulate problems, and bring the right people together to strategically address them to ensure meaningful outcomes for MarketsPromote partner involvement, effectively influence and communicate across various stakeholders as a Markets representativeCheck and challenge proposals from Enterprise functionsDraft materials and effective end-to-end engagement for closure processes in response to regulatory commitmentsIdentify and manage risks, issues and dependenciesCreate clear, succinct communication of program updates, risks, issues and business impact to C-level senior managers. (verbal and written)

Qualification:Strong background in risk and control, program management, and the ability to design and execute initiatives is essential.Driving solutions in a complex organization within specified deadlinesLeading and managing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environmentSuccinctly and precisely communicating with stakeholders and senior management on the program progressAble to investigate deeply into material content and strategically look across the portfolioDemonstrating the knowledge, skills and experience to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming and materialityArticulating and effective communicator, both orally and in writingStrong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained changeWorks well in a team setting and independentlyBasic Markets knowledge (e.g., risk and controls, trade lifecycle, products, etc.)Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, MS Project"
