Role DescriptionThis is a contract role with flexibility for remote work, for an In House Architect/Interior Designer. We are working with a leading architectural firm on the base building plans for a 31 story building.
We want to do the interior design in house as we've done before, so we are looking for a talented, dynamic, positive and creative person to work with our founder on every last detail of this building.
Our founder has done this before, and the results are amazing.
Confidence, positive attitude and proactivity are a must.
There is no hand holding here, but we love working together to accomplish amazing things.
QualificationsProficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD)Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Miami, FloridaExperience in interior design concepts and space planning including furniture layouts, wall systems, and reflective ceiling plans.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
We love great ideas, but don't like big egos.
We are a humble group of people who arrive at differentiated solutions due to our respect and admiration of each other and our unique talents.Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Graduate degree is preferred.
Licensed Florida architect is required.
