Our client is seeking a temporary Events Coordinator/ Marketing to join their team in Mountain View, CA. This position is a 4 month assignment and you will be in the office 2-3 days a week.
Pay rate: $45 per hour
Responsibilities:
Work within the Medical Education Team and interact with HCPs to provide travel support, presentation coordination, and plan local and remote meeting logisticsLead physician presentation submission to approval; follow up with stakeholders; formatting edits and correctionsSupport medical education programs and field events through approval process, logistical support, order support materials, shipment of product, etc.Support remote and onsite eventsAdministrative duties include travel arrangements, expense reports, Sunshine Act ReportingTrack Medical Education and Regional Program Usage Reports
Required Qualifications:
Ability to work in fast paced environmentOrganizedPrevious experience in event coordinator/planning
