Job Description:

Support the Label Partnerships team in the execution and scaling of global marketing programs

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain program management tools, including but not limited to Excel and Google SheetsManage content delivery tracking and associated processes across campaignsCollaborate with XFN teams including content promotion, data analytics, engineering and program managementAttend planning/execution meetings with XFN teams to improve internal process efficiency and campaign impactProvide administrative support to management of contracts, payments, POs, and invoicesAggregate weekly data and performance metrics to share key insightsReview content deliverables to ensure they align to policy and community guidelines.Development of external presentations to support education on best practices and trends.Day-to-Day:

Analytical experience, high-paced environment, attention to details, data-oriented skills(Must have)

Use Gsheets, digital music experience, worked in a music field(Must have)

Contract promotions, tracking content deliveries(Nice to have)

Deal home experience (tool)3+ years marketing / digital music experience (interaction with record labels a plus but not required)Understanding of social media platforms and interaction with musicAdvanced proficiency in data tracking methodologies and tools, including but not limited to Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized data tracking softwareAbility to meet multiple objectives in a fast-paced, highly iterative environmentVerbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Ability to keep information organised and confidential.Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree
