Marketing Graphic Designer II
based in our Irvine, CA* location. This position is primarily responsible for the creation of content and elements for in-house and customer facing materials. This can include the opportunity to contribute to the design of commemorative and historical materials, merchandise, and apparel. This role will also assist with developing and versioning branding materials for internal events, and crafting/developing a visual voice for all In-N-Out Burger social media channels and its charitable foundations.
The Marketing team at In-N-Out Burger works on a wide variety of projects with an emphasis on offering creative and personal development opportunities; encouraging each team member to continually grow their knowledge and skill set. The team strives to foster a

*This position is full-time, in-office only.
General Responsibilities
Timely completion and delivery of creative for projects underway and smaller creative solutions from start-to-finish. This includes but is not limited to social media, smaller brand signage and elements, event collateral, digital banners/pop ups/content, and interdepartmental creative supportEditing existing creative to fit current direction; includes versioning for multifaceted projectsImage and photo editing including but not limited to retouching/clean up, post editing, and manipulation based on predetermined direction of project stakeholders or other designersCollaborating with other designers and creative team members to produce final project elements or deliverables, including creative reviews/critiquesCollaborating and consulting with other company departments to advise on creativesWork Schedule + Benefits
Full-time, Hourly, Non-ExemptOffice Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pmDepartment needs may call for occasional overtimeExcellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA's, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet InsurancePay Range is $33.00-$37.00 per hourThe above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. 3-5 years of Graphic Design and Marketing experience requiredHigh School diploma or GED requiredSome college preferred (Marketing and or Graphic Design courses a plus)Proficient in web based graphics including formatting, optimization, and on screen considerationsUnderstanding of typography, layout, color and graphic design principlesUnderstanding/working knowledge of the printing process and paperAbility to take projects from concept development to productionAbility to multi-task and manage time efficiently to deliver quality work under tight deadlinesAdobe creative suite - photoshop, illustrator, InDesign experience requiredMotion graphics software is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem solving skillsComputer literacy in both word processing and spreadsheet functionsStrong customer service skillsFor Store associates:Minimum one (1) year tenure with In-N-Out BurgerMinimum Level 3No Final Warnings in the last six (6) months and must be in good standing with Management
