Our client, one of the largest global eCommerce marketplaces, is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join their Seller Experience Team. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of global commerce and help millions of people connect, buy, sell, and share. You will be working in a dynamic environment focused on providing exceptional tools and experiences for collectible card game sellers and enthusiasts. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that delight users and drive business growth. This person can site fully remote anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities:

Rapidly prototype, ideate, and design seller tools and products informed by user needs, data, business objectives, and technical capabilities.Act as the UX point of contact for seller experiences, creating solutions that promote long-term success.Collaborate with engineering, product, and business partners to meet the needs of both customers and the business.Create design assets, from sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, aligned with the UX phase of the product lifecycle.Design for accessibility standards and maintain a standardized design language system.Work with UX Researchers and Strategists to ensure that UX solutions are aligned with customer expectations through testing and data insights.Improve design processes, product quality, and delivery speed.Required Qualifications:

5+ years of UX design experience, including expertise in solutions for small businesses, both in the US and internationally.Proven experience designing tools and workflows for SaaS or B2B products, including inventory and order management in an eCommerce context.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders).Expertise with interactive design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Extensive experience creating end-to-end user experiences and design solutions for significant portions of a product.Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design for web and mobile platforms (coding not required).Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and using data from A/B testing to enhance user experiences.Demonstrated ability to create unified designs that are accessible across multiple devices and platforms.Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.A portfolio showcasing your process and UX design projects, particularly for eCommerce or seller tools.Success managing UX activities and deliverables from project inception to market introduction.A deep passion for hobbies, gaming, or collectibles.Advanced degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.Experience working with top-tier eCommerce companies and knowledge of point-of-sale software for retail sellers.
