Job Description

NSF is looking for a North America Marketing Manager who will report to the Global Marketing Director - Food, Nutrition and Assurance. In this role, you are responsible for demand generation, campaign planning and marketing execution to drive pipeline and revenue growth in the North America region.

Responsibilities

Drive and own the implementation of the strategic marketing plans and campaigns in North America utilizing all available tactical channels through an integrated approachJoint ownership of sales targets and pipeline with the sales team. Identify and be accountable for your marketing targets, ensuring you generate the required volume of qualified leads into the sales pipeline through your marketing activitiesCollaborate closely with the Strategic Marketing Leads for each Business Unit to ensure execution of global marketing campaigns and own messaging and strategy based on local market requirementsEnsure on-going competitor monitoring and report back to regional leaders on key trends, providing guidance on any updates to market segmentation and messagingAct as a key liaison with the regional sales teams and Strategic Marketing Leads to ensure sales aids add value, collaborating with the team to develop appropriate sales toolsSupport local sales teams at key events, key account opportunities and ensure marketing activity supports sales strategyAccountable for monitoring and collating the results of every campaign implemented, by tactical channel, and report these in a timely manner, utilizing the reports, systems and dashboardsDevelop and maintain campaign plan schedules that allows strategic marketing and sales teams to access and track the status of each campaign's production and execution, by channelManage local agencies for outsourced content and creative assetsUse your initiative to explore better ways to target customers bringing innovative ideas on proposed new channels to market through, partnerships and other collaborations that can help you build you customer pipeline#LI-BH1

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related fieldAt least 5 years proven track record in implementing B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in a similar sector-orientated role or matrix organizationStrong project management skills and detail orientatedStrong experience of planning and executing successful campaignsAbility to digest and report results of marketing campaigns by channel is essentialStrong time management, organizational and problem-solving skillsTeam player with the ability to build a strong rapport with all stakeholdersExcellent knowledge of MS Office suite and marketing automation tools such as Pardot, SalesForce, web and other systems an advantageCo-ordinate and support translations where requiredStrong analytical /numerical skills requiredGood experience of creating campaign strategies that have delivered ROIUnderstanding of brand positioning and how this is integrated into a campaign approachExperience of working in regional markets with an appreciation of cultural differencesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and to work well under pressureExcellent communication - written, verbal and presentation skillsCollaborative, proactive, approachable and dependableWillingness and ability to travel globally (approx. 10%)Local to Ann Arbor or Guelph (Hybrid format, 3 days/week in office)
