Senior Manager, Marketing- Squishmallows

The Senior Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director. This individual will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of consumer marketing plans for one of the world's most iconic and fastest growing plush properties. They will work in partnership with Brand, PR, Creative, Retail, Sales, Business Development, Product, Design services and other cross-functional teams to drive awareness and franchise growth.
What You Will Do:
Drive strategic development and tactical execution of all marketing campaigns under their responsibility with minimal supervision.Ability to develop project timelines, track projects and push forward to meeting project goals and deadlines.Work alongside the Brand team to stay updated on brand and product launches, retail exclusives, etc. and adjust marketing plans accordingly.Support licensee and retailer relationships by providing regular updates on marketing plans and identifying potential partnerships and collaborations.Concept and develop presentations by summarizing key information on brand and marketing activities in creative and visual ways.Develop creative briefs for both internal teams and external agencies for social and video creative, digital and linear media, print, e-commerce and more.Manage external agency and individual collaborations with regards to digital, social and influencer marketing.Work alongside the Social team to develop a social media strategy and ensure plans align with overall brand and marketing goals.Assess the effectiveness of the various marketing campaigns under their responsibility: organize post mortems and present key takeaways to leadership.Manage the relationships with international marketing teams ensuring marketing collateral can be localized effectively.Consistently review and report trends, sales data and consumer behaviors.Provide event management leadership and support where needed, ensuring fan engagement is on brand, generates buzz and conversion.Supervisory Responsibilities:

What We Look For:
Bachelor's Degree in related field, MBA preferred5-10 years experience in marketing, media and/or digital marketing industries with consumer or retail experience.Prior toy/entertainment/CPG and/or agency experience is required.

The salary range for this position is $98,000- /Yr. Actual base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for annual performance incentives may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, salary range may not apply to other states.
