We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing department and drive our brand’s success. Role Overview: As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, overseeing both company-wide initiatives and individual agent campaigns. A key aspect of this role is acting as a tech liaison, where you will assist and train our agents on various marketing tools and technology platforms. Your leadership will ensure that our marketing efforts are impactful, cohesive, and aligned with our brand’s high standards. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Agent and Campaign Management:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and assets for agents and the company, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines. • Oversee special projects and marketing materials, maintaining quality and timeliness throughout each campaign.

Brand Advocacy:

• Enhance the company’s brand position and exposure across all platforms, including print, digital, and social media. • Ensure brand integrity and quality in all marketing efforts.

Tech Liaison and Training:

• Serve as the primary tech liaison for our agents, offering training and support on our various marketing tools and technology platforms. • Assist agents in effectively utilizing marketing technology to enhance their performance and achieve their goals.

Collaboration and Innovation:

• Work closely with the executive team to discuss budgets, strategies, and new ideas. • Explore PR and SEO opportunities to elevate listings, agents, and the company’s profile.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with daily office operations, including client and agent interactions and listing management. • Utilize Sotheby’s International Realty tools and systems, offering coaching and support to agents.

Product and Program Management:

• Identify and manage marketing products and services that align with our business and sales goals. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in marketing or advertising • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Experience with social media platforms, CRM, and public relations • Proficiency in Canva and graphic design; SEO knowledge is a plus • Knowledge of FUB and RealScout helpful • Familiarity with Google Workspace • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong presentation abilities • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities • Experience with real estate marketing tools and technology is beneficial but not required • Must be able to work on-site in Margate, NJ Compensation: $30,000 to $50,000 DOE
