True Food Kitchen is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team. This position is responsible for developing and deploying unique, engaging, and viral digital content for True Food Kitchen. The ideal candidate possesses the vision and drive to leverage data, experience, strong consumer insights, and business understanding to advance the business across multiple guest-facing channels. As a consumer-focused organization where marketing drives revenue, True Food Kitchen requires a Social Media Strategist who can develop and execute campaigns that ensure consistency, growth, and relevance. This position reports directly to the Director of Brand Marketing.
What you would bring to the team:
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies:
Craft innovative and data-driven social media strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement across all major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).Implement creative campaigns that highlight True Food Kitchen's unique brand story, promote campaignsPlan and execute social media campaigns and initiatives, including giveaways, collaborations, and influencer partnerships, to drive engagement and conversions.Content Creation and Curation:
Produce and oversee the creation of high-quality, shareable content, including photos, videos, stories, and live streams, that resonate with our target audience.Curate user-generated content to foster community engagement and highlight authentic guest experiences.Community Engagement and Trend-Based Content Creation:
Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner, fostering positive interactions and building brand loyalty.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure True Food Kitchen remains at the forefront of the digital landscapeCreate and leverage trending content formats and themes to maximize reach and engagement across all social media platformsInfluencer Management
Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand advocates within the culinary and wellness community to amplify our reach and credibility.Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that showcases True Food Kitchen's commitment to real food for real lifeEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines related to influencer marketing and sponsored content specific to the food and restaurant industry.Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between influencers and internal teams, ensuring visits are coordinated to provide an exceptional guest experience at our restaurants.Organize and manage influencer events, menu tastings, and other initiatives to foster strong relationships and generate buzz around True Food Kitchen's offerings.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track and measure the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future strategyCollect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to generate actionable insightsCreate regular reports on social media and partner performanceUse data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing effortsWe look for people who have/are:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.5+ years of social media experience in a forward thinking, growing organization. Experience in restaurant or retail marketing a plus.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsDemonstrated history of delivering against KPIs and financial targetsAbility to work cross-functionally, foster true alignment, overcome operational challenges, and accelerate value deliveryStrong executive presence and deep communication skills - ability to influence up and down the organizationExperience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries a plusCurrent in digital content and consumer trends and advancements in technologyWhat you can look forward to:
