Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for defining our positioning and messaging, creating compelling content, and building effective programs to increase awareness and adoption of these offerings.Craft impactful messaging that highlights the innovation and differentiated value of our portfolioProducemarketing and enablement content including web pages, data sheets, videos, demos, blogs; find creative ways to get the message outTrack business indicators, including industry trends and competitors' marketing and GTM programs to shape GTM strategyRepresent the voice of the customer internallyJob Requirements

6 to 8 years of work experience in product management or product marketing in the technology industryA customer-first approach with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business termsFamiliarity with the enterprise data storage industry and hybrid cloud solutions from a software perspective; NAS and SAN protocols, file systems, and related workloadsA strong storyteller with experience crafting clear and compelling messaging and developing strong contentIntellectual curiosity and ability to solve problems that are unique and extremely complexAbility to work effectively and build strong working relationships across functions, with external parties, and at all levels up to and including Senior Vice PresidentAbility to set priorities, operate, and drive results independentlyStrong presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing prioritiesCompensationThe base salary range for this position is $156,000-219,000and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
