Title: Content Designer (Digital Proucts & Services)Location: Miramar, FL (Hybrid)Duration: 6 month contract to beginCompensation: 30-32 hrWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Job Description:Create visually appealing and engaging digital content for our online platforms.• Design illustrations, graphics, and animations that effectively communicate ourbrand and generate interest with our target audience.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content requirements anddevelop appropriate designs.• Research and stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure ourdigital content remains fresh and innovative.• Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics to continually improveperformance.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment.• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design work.
Skillset / Experience:• Bachelor's degree in design, illustration, or a related field• 3+ years of experience working as a content designer, graphic designer, orillustrator, with relevant portfolio examples• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign)• Solid understanding of best practices in email marketing design• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Proficiency in collaboration tools and software (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Miro)• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Preferred Qualifications• Proficiency in designing animation for online use• Experience working in tandem with product designers and content strategists• Familiarity with the lifecycle of marketing campaigns• Video editing skillsNote: this role requires travel within the US to for in-person work sessions as neededand alignment to EST workday schedule.
