We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive customer engagement and sales for our client's Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing email marketing campaigns that align with our brand strategy and deliver measurable results. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure the email content effectively communicates our value proposition and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and lifecycle emails, to engage and convert customers.Content Creation:

Collaborate with the creative and copywriting teams to create compelling and brand-consistent email content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals.Segmentation & Personalization:

Utilize data to segment the email list and implement personalization strategies to deliver relevant content to different audience segments.A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, CTAs, and other campaign elements to optimize performance.Performance Tracking:

Monitor email campaign performance through analytics tools and report on key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.). Use insights to make data-driven decisions and improve future campaigns.Automation:

Build and optimize email workflows and automations (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) to nurture leads and increase customer lifetime value.Compliance:

Ensure all email campaigns comply with data protection laws, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and follow email best practices.Database Management:

Maintain and grow the email database while ensuring data cleanliness and proper list hygiene practices.Collaboration:

Work closely with other marketing channels (e.g., social media, paid ads) to ensure email efforts are aligned with broader brand strategies and campaigns.
