i n a senior technology leadership role within a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in web development, digital marketing technologies, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sharp Spring), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) in a hands-on and oversight capacity.Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team along with the capacity to recruit and retain.Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Problem-Solving:
