Position Overview:

Pager Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director, Marketing to join our growing team. As a key member of the marketing organization, you will serve as a strong strategic thought partner and internal leader who excels at growth and product marketing strategy and tactical execution, delivering business outcomes. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market (GTM) plans, creating compelling GTM enablement materials, and developing and executing strategic integrated campaigns targeting lead generation and the support of revenue acquisition/retention goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy and plan in collaboration with the VP of Marketing and leaders of Sales, Client Success, Solution Engineering, Product and Strategy teams.Create and deploy strategic integrated campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) to generate leads and increase funnel volume using a wide variety of component initiatives (incl. email, PR, social media, webinars, events, etc.).Increase funnel velocity in collaboration with Sales through custom strategy and asset creation that supports prospects taking next action.Ensure strong company presence at leading healthcare industry events, conferences, webinars and trade shows, etc., to drive awareness and generate new business opportunities.Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with Pager Health's overall business objectives.Understand customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to help define and position Pager Health's products in the market and communicate value to payers and health systems.Help identify and articulate the unique value propositions of Pager Health's products and services, and work with product marketing and sales teams to optimize GTM messaging and materials.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth and product marketing initiatives, analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends, track ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops/IT on expanding Marketing-to-Sales tech stack capabilities to optimize data capture and tracking.Help develop and lead high-performing growth and product marketing teams, managing and mentoring individual marketing professionals, including setting clear goals and expectations, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (or related field), Master's Degree preferred10+ years of experience in product and growth marketing strategy and execution, in roles of progressively increasing responsibility, within high-growth health-tech organizationsDeep familiarity with how the US healthcare system operates and motivations of risk-bearing entities like payers, self-insured employers, ACOs/pay-viders4+ years of experience leading and managing a teamExperienced in building marketing playbooks and end-to-end Go-to-Market strategies from the ground up, including account-based marketing (ABM) and B2B/Enterprise digital marketingStrategic thinker with proven ability to craft and execute impactful marketing campaigns, driving initiatives over the finish lineFerocious attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbalExperience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROIAbility to analyze marketing data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsWhy Work at Pager Health?

For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $160,000 to $220,000. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
