Automotive Marketing Coordinator Compensation and Benefits:

Automotive Marketing Coordinator Competitive Salary: $24/hr

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately

hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Paid Holidays:

Hannah Motor Company offers at least 6paid holidays per year to the Automotive Marketing Coordinator subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

Automotive Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.

Traffic creative ad units (social, broadcast, radio, print, etc.)

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Attention to detail and proof reading.

Automotive Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

Ability to multi-task.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to prioritize.

Deadline-oriented.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Products and Asana (or project management software). Knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus.
