Job DescriptionCreate digital and print advertisements and brand material for properties and corporate HUNTER brand. Includes but not limited to:Assist in creating a brand identity through flyers, brochures, graphics, ect.Contribute to modernizing our brands, bring new ideas as per latest trends in design/marketingCreate and manage branding libraries: illustrations, vectors, photography, etc..Design email campaigns, newsletters and ads for popular publicationsCreate graphics for social media marketing and contentAssist in updating and creating content for company websiteCompletes daily administration of projects and updates while communicating with the Marketing and Graphics teamAssist in Creating various requested branded marketing materials: Broker Opinion of Value and Offering Memorandums (Print & Digital), HUNTER Conference materials
Skills RequiredBachelor’s Degree (or pending) in Graphic Design or related field3-5 years of relevant experienceProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Canva)Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlinesStrong, conceptual thinker who possesses a wide range of design capabilities including a solid background in print, branding, typography & graphics.Ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams.Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage multiple design projects independently.Highly communicative with analyst and brokers and is able to manage expectations on deadlines.
Candidates who are being strongly considered will be given a design test in order to determine whether or not they are proficient in the software required for this position.
