Role Summary:

This is an on-site (Please NO applications requesting remote or hybrid work), full-time position.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with (at least) intermediate photography skills and basic graphic design abilities, along with a a creative disposition to join our Art Department and Marketing Team.

The main facets of this position will be:Taking an organizational role in updating and maintaining our product imagery - through professional studio photography, simple product videos, mock-up templates, and file organization.Assisting the Art Department to make and update basic Marketing MaterialsAssisting in product review for accuracy and quality control.Working with the Art and Marketing Department on additional projects as needed.

Responsibilities/Needed Skills:

Product photography - Ability to take and edit quality photos of products, including ones with reflective treatments such as foil. We will be requesting examples of

product photography , and will consider personal work in lieu of professional if it overlaps well and clearly shows aptitude.Ability to conceptualize, style, and take, on-trend, simple social media lifestyle photos to go in our bi-annual printed catalog.Ability to take and edit simple product videos.Ability to work in Adobe Photoshop to edit photos and work with templates to create mock-up imagery.Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to Help with basic updates to documents in these programs.Strong organizational skills to manage seasonal updates to our online database of image and marketing files, while following detailed naming and hierarchical organization structures.Create work with an elevated and creative aesthetic that is in-line with the artistic nature of our products.An eye for design and detail to oversee quality control of our products, including creating product master guides, and systems to improve the process.Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet repeating seasonal deadlines for marketing assets.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to maintain project spreadsheets and updates to our internal Project Management Software and/or Microsoft documents to communicate project status clearly.Ability to use Adobe Acrobat to update and organize PDF Documents.Willingness to learn how to make basic updates to our products listed on online selling platforms such as Shopify and Amazon.Willingness to learn how to create monthly newsletters from template.Seasonal filing and maintaining of asset archives.Pro-active mentality to pitch in and problem solve as needed.Ability to work collaboratively and contribute as a key member to our Art Department team

Bonus Skills:

More advanced Graphic Design skills and/or the ability to help with more complicated content layout and Marketing projects.Familiar with digital marketing strategies, especially related to social media, newsletters, Shopify and Google.
