Graphic Designer w/ a Marketing Background
that can deliver on a wide variety of creative requests (website banners, infographics, email designs, brochures, thumbnails, logos, and more).
A typical week may look like...5-10 Thumbnails/Social Graphics (YouTube, Blog, Webinars, Podcasts)1-2 Email/Landing Page Designs (Take our wireframes and make them beautiful)2-3 Miscellaneous (infographic, carousel images, event banner, postcard, logo, etc)

LocationWhile this role is flexible and can be remote, hybrid, or in-office—if you are local, we'd like you to join us in-office (Phoenix, AZ) at least twice a month for training/mtgs. (3033 N Central Ave, Suite 400, Phoenix, AZ 85012)

Required Experience3 years of graphic design experience, preferably as part of a marketing team or agency.Highly skilled in Adobe Products, Canva, Figma.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quick turnaround times as needed.High standard for quality and can produce unique/polished designs.Optional: Experience in our industry (finance, retirement accounts, investing, wealth building, real estate).
