Position: Architectural Designer/DrafterLocation: San Diego, CAType: Full-Time
About Us: We are a leading architecture firm dedicated to creating innovative and beautiful custom homes. We specialize in new custom homes, extensive remodels & additions, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Some Responsibilities Include:Utilize CAD and SketchUp software to create and refine drawings.Prepare and modify Construction Drawings.Work with city planners and respond to comments and corrections to get projects approved.Measure existing homes and create as-built drawings.Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural drawings.Prepare and modify Construction Drawings.Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.Assist in project coordination and management.
Qualifications:Minimum Three Years working full time in the field of Architecture- Preferable Custom Homes.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).Strong understanding of architectural design principles.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
