Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a producer at Final Cut's NY office. Our producers manage all aspects of a project from initial bid, planning and scheduling resources, to working with the teams to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the very highest quality. They also act as the main point of contact for the client and manage this relationship to ensure we meet and ultimately exceed our client's expectations.This role reports to the Head of Production.

ResponsibilitiesManaging editorial projects, working with our editors and internal teams to exceed client expectations and meet Final Cut’s high standards on every job.Managing and tracking cost efficiency of individual projects.Project management and allocation of resources on projects.Ensuring budgets of individual projects are delivered as agreed upon at the onset.Developing new client relationships and successfully maintaining existing relationships.Clear communication with the Head of Production, Executive Producer, and Managing Director.

QualificationsKnowledge of post production workflows.Experience in commercial advertising strongly preferred.Must be able to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Should demonstrate dedicated team work, the ability to build a rapport, and establish strong relationships with clients and staff.Keen attention to detail and solution-oriented determination to ensure overall efficiency and accuracy.Proficient user of production management tools and ability to multitask.Proactive personality that anticipates the needs of the editor, client, and post partners while being adaptable to the changing needs of a project.Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.A desire for creating work of the highest quality.
