Our team has capabilities spanning the entire e-commerce (e.g., Amazon & Walmart) marketplace with years of intricate experience maneuvering through the following areas: algorithms, advertising platforms, conversion rate optimization, written content, visual content, user generated product reviews, price monitoring analytics and eliminating un-authorized resellers.What can we say? DAILY SNAPSHOT·produce and shoot strong ecommerce and lifestyle photo and video contentexecute exceptional content that delivers on or exceeds customer needsmeets monthly revenue goals and KPI targetsset up different lighting styles and techniques to deliver successfully on client needscollaborate well with studio team and soona clients both in-store and remotelycreative thinking and problem solving with on-set challenges to ensure a seamless customer experienceself-motivation, flexibility and willingness to adapt to changespatience and the ability to maintain a professional demeanorgood listening skills and excellent attention to detailset up the studio for a shoot with little to no directiontranslate customer inputs into a successful shootset clear expectations with the client around the soona experiencehandle client escalations and resolve problems by offering achievable solutionstranslate client feedback into actionable suggestions and assist team with escalationscontribute to the holistic operation of the studio in daily tasks additional to production time, including but not limited to pre-shoot prep, equipment and prop organization, inventory assistance, and overall orderliness.capture and edit behind-the-scenes footage of studio bookings
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR· You have at least 2 years’ experience working photography or videography.· You have a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience.· You have an expertise in creating new designs from simple ideas.· Your approach to challenges utilizes critical thinking and analytical skills to navigate ambiguity· You’re able to “Think outside the box” on creative projects.· You’re nimble, eager to grow and continuously seek feedback to learn and develop.
