Main Essential Duties and Functions of Job Position:Work closely with Creative Director, Stakeholders, Buyers, Sales, and Social Media/PR Teams on project concepts through final executionEffectively visualize and organize a plan for product and brand video shootsBe proficient in brainstorming and creating storyboards or shot lists for all video types, including Amazon-type promotional and how-to videosFilm and edit videos for product, company presentations and events, publications, website and social media (in-house studio or on location)Produce innovative product videos using filming and editing software and techniques that effectively market our products on Amazon and other e-commerce platformsCreatively use graphic design and photo manipulation for video and audio productionWork with 3rd parties for video editing, CGI animations, and voice oversMeet weekly with Project Manager to keep schedule on track and flag any concernsMeet with buyers for kick-off meetings for each new product via Microsoft Teams or in-personAssist the photo or video team with shoots by shopping, selecting and setting up sets, props, lighting equipment, holding product, modeling, styling, and moreReturn samples to product buyers or coordinate with building manager for removalKeep the studio and surrounding areas organized, return samples to product buyersCoordinate return of samples and studio wall/floor alterations with our building managerUtilize industry best practices and make recommendations to managementResearch marketing tools and use project management skills to facilitate the marketing of consumer productsUse Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Motion/After Effects for video editing and post-production

Minimum Qualifications:Must possess a quality portfolio of previous work2+ years of work experience in videography; Bachelor’s Degree preferredMust have extensive Motion Graphics and Video Editing

Desired Skills and Abilities:Must be proficient with basic computer software such as the Microsoft Office suiteMust understand lighting (placement, ambient, source, color temperature)Proficient with Adobe Suite of Photoshop/Premiere/After Effects softwareStrong knowledge of fonts / design layout styles a plusKnowledge of post-production techniquesUnderstanding of computer software used for planning, editing and scriptingWork to complete attractive 60-90 second product videos on a tight scheduleStrong organizational skills with great attention to detailCreative thinker with experience working in a fast-paced, demanding and rapidly changing environmentAbility to contribute collaboratively to a team while also working independently and has a "can do" attitudeStrong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and all members of the marketing team
