Creative Director

Here’s what we need:The Creative Director will lead our creative team and champion the brand's visual and narrative identity across all channels. You will craft and execute strategies that resonate with our audience and ensure that every creative output aligns with our brand ethos of quality and authenticity.

What you’ll be doing:• Art Direction and Design Management:

Provide art direction and manage the design team, setting project aesthetic and visual standards. Ensure all creative outputs effectively convey our brand identity and message across all channels.• Brand Strategy Management:

Manage comprehensive brand strategies that enhance brand presence and promote growth. Leverage the brand voice/tone and ensure consistency in all communications and marketing materials.• Trend Awareness and Innovation:

Maintain a keen awareness of trends in design, advertising, and thebroader food industry. Integrate contemporary design, copy, product photography, lifestyle photography, and social media trends into our campaigns to keep the brand current and engaging.• Creative Planning and Execution:

Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring that all creative assets are strategic, visually exciting, and on-brand. Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies that are clear, compelling, and resonate with our target audience.• Budget and Resource Management:

Manage the annual creative budget and forecasting. Plan resources effectively to support ongoing and upcoming campaigns, ensuring optimal use of budget for maximum impact.• Process Optimization:

Define and streamline creative department processes and workflows. Emphasize proactive planning to anticipate project needs and resource allocation, reducing the need for reactive adjustments.• Stakeholder Collaboration:

Engage with key organizational stakeholders to align creative strategies with business objectives. Communicate vision and project status to ensure support and alignment from concept through execution.• Cross-Functional Partnership:

Maintain positive and effective relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure collaborative project management. Work closely with marketing, operations, and external partners to create a unified approach to brand storytelling.• Team Leadership and Management:

You will lead and inspire our creative team, managing resources, including videographers, graphic designers, and other creative professionals. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations for all projects to ensure outputs are brand-aligned and completed to the highest standards.• Team Development and Performance Management:

Conduct regular performance reviews with direct reports, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth. Build a caring and supportive team environment that encourages innovation and excellence.• Additional Support:

Performs other duties as assigned.

Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring creative strategies enhance the brand cohesively across all channels.• Time Management and Execution:

Prioritize and manage project timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Utilize resources effectively to maintain high standards of creative output without compromising on efficiency.

QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or equivalent OR equivalent work experience.• 5+ years in design and production, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry.• Strong portfolio showcasing broad creative skills.• Experience leading a team and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.• Expertise with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Preferred Qualifications• Advanced experience in brand strategy development.• Prior experience in a senior creative role, particularly within the food and beverage sector.

Physical Requirements• Ability to work long hours as needed.• Sits and stands for long periods of time.

Travel• Minimal travel is required for this role.

Work Location• This is an Austin-based position.
