Digital Media Supervisor

SALARY: $90-95K

As the Media Supervisor, you will be focused on servicing clients in the development, execution, and ongoing management of campaigns with the ability to assist in high-level strategy and the implementation/execution of media plans. You will manage direct client relationships and train and manage junior team members in all media planning functions.

What You’ll Do • A drive and desire to contribute, collaborate and win for our client partners each day • Take a lead role in the development of strategic media plans, negotiation, and execution • Work with Associate Director and/or Director and colleagues to serve client’s business needs and manage the ongoing maintenance of integrated media plans • The Supervisor is the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for having a firm grasp of both strategic and functional media knowledge. They should be ready/able to step in and handle situations when the Associate Director is not available. • Serve as a key contact for media partners in a variety of mediums to negotiate best investment opportunities and build solid agency relationships • Serves as a main point of contact for the ideation and execution of custom programs • Responsible for timelines and managing the day-to-day workload across the team • Generate media insights using various data sources and craft strategic POVs • Serve as first level coach and supervisor to one or more associates/planners which includes delegating assignments, reviewing work and deliverables, providing productive and actionable feedback, and completing performance reviews for your direct reports

Specific Skills: • Must have 3-4 years of relevant integrated media planning experience at a media agency or on a paid media team • At least two years of direct management experience required • Omni-channel media planning experience • Advanced knowledge of digital media including social and programmatic • Experience working in an integrated capacity with internal and external agencies and teams • Knowledge and understanding of media tools and resources • Familiarity with the development and execution of branded content and partnerships • Working knowledge and expertise of third-party ad servers (CM360 & Meta) to traffic media campaigns and pull reports is essential • Exceptional written, verbal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees & clients • Experience with retail and commerce clients is a plus • Works well in a team-based and fast paced environment • Attention to detail and advanced follow-through skills • Strong time management skills Qualifications Preferred • Bachelor's degree is preferred • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word • Google AdWords, META certifications a plus
