Role DescriptionWe are looking for an excellent, highly motivated and creative Designer to join our team. This role plays an integral part in the design team from still and motion ads, social, email, web, and print. This person will be enthusiastic, creative, and able to run multiple projects simultaneously. They should be comfortable with programs like Figma, Adobe Suite, and CapCut. This individual will have the opportunity to be on the leading edge of new products/brand.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate is/has:Constantly looking and analyzing creatives to find new ideas to bring into your workExcited about creating ads and learning and iterating from their performanceAn exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in branding, ad creatives, interaction design, and visual designA strong knowledge of graphic design and the creative processThe ability to work independently and collaborativelyThe ability to design beautiful, elegant, and usable design solutionsAn understanding of technical constraints and can effectively balance quality and speedExcellent written and verbal skills--you clearly explain design decisions and rationale grounded in design and usability principles, even to team members who don’t share your backgroundAble to take initiative and believe you can and will come up with creative solutions to big problemsThe ability to step into other people’s shoes, understand their lives, and start to solve problems from their perspectivesProactive--you think two steps ahead to solve problems, come up with new ideas, and grow as a designer under the guidance of the creative teamThe awareness to recognize that no solution is perfect and to treat everything as a prototype--using human-centered design, your bias is toward action
