$27 - $30 hourly . This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
Key Responsibilities:Be an active participant in scaffold design projects, from the concept phase to the constructionCollaborates with branches and field teams to gather comprehensive project detailsDevelop design plans and drawings based on collected data and project requirementsGain expertise in the company’s extensive product offerings to provide right/unique access solutions.Share expertise with other team members and designers through training and mentoringStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and resultsPerforms routine work which does not require previous experience
Qualifications:Holds an associate's degreePossesses 2-5 years of experienceDemonstrates effective oral and written communication skillsExhibits a basic understanding of safety factors used in scaffold designAble to perform leg load calculationsProficient in utilizing advanced CAD, 3D model, 3D printing, SolidWorksHas a basic understanding of primary code governing industryAbility to train others in fundamental knowledge within the field
