Proven ability to design and direct high-quality, in-product media customer journeys with a focus on Music, Entertainment, and Podcasting for

creators . Expertise in digital, social, AV, and print advertising formats and top-of-class design benchmarks.

- A minimum of 8 years significant experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong

visual and UX

design, particularly for Music, Entertainment, and Podcasting sites.- Experience designing for all aspects of

subscription-based products,

including marketing, sign-up, management, payment methods, communication, cancellation, and re-engagement.- Deep understanding of product constraints and

differences between Mobile and Web platforms.- Hands-on experience in

Responsive Web and HI Product Design.- Proven ability to

manage and communicate effectively with agencies

and other external partners.- Sophisticated understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences.- Experience in designing work for a variety of platforms and use cases

**Description**

You will be responsible for shaping and advising the creative journey for Music, Entertainment, and Podcasting sites, specifically focusing on creator-specific sites. You will be required to maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, as well as ensure that work meets high standards. You will be a culture driver with an outstanding eye for detail, a keen sense of what matters, and a belief that you can make a significant impact. This role is for a true creative—a communicator and problem solver who wants to manage and execute on multiple fronts simultaneously. You know how to tell stories on any platform that drive engagement. You have an intimate understanding of UI/UX and product design, with a specific focus on Responsive Web and HI Product Design, while keeping an active pulse on trends in digital marketing and a creative sensibility that extends across content genres. You excel at building strong cross-functional relationships in fast-paced organizations and managing agency communications effectively.

- Develop big, cut-through ideas that get results.- Articulate and sell ideas to senior leadership in the Services organization and beyond.- Build cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and art direction.- Find and develop working relationships with new creative and production vendors, as well as strengthen partnerships with current vendors, to conceive and implement campaigns.
