Noor has partnered with a leading commercial real estate firm in the Greater Houston area.We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all marketing activities related to their real estate developments, master-planned communities, and investor relations. You will have the opportunity to shape their brand’s presence across various print, social media, and online platforms while also assisting with event planning/ management.
*This is an in-office position full-time. Our client's office is located on the border of Houston and Sugar Land!*
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate developments and their existing portfolioCreate and manage content for print materials, social media platforms, and our website.Organize and oversee marketing events and promotional activities.Collaborate with the owner and other team members to align marketing efforts with company goals.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or commercial property sector.Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and print advertising.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
