Job SummaryWe're looking for a Sr. Designer to build the most human brand and craft compelling concepts across various campaigns, initiatives, and brands. Specifically, we are looking for someone who can take a complicated strategy and encapsulate it in unforgettable creative. They will produce fresh concepts, create engaging messages, and oversee production partners. To bring ideas to life, they will collaborate with copywriters, and designers and work cross-functionally with business, marketing, merchandising, media, and agency partners. They will be accountable for creating campaigns in all channels, traditional, digital, and emerging media.

Job ResponsibilitiesCreate campaign concepts and execute tactics in-store, print, website, email, digital media, and social media.Research, design, revise, and proof execution to ensure creative is on brief, strategy, and brand.Manages feedback, timelines, milestones, and internal details and ensures delivery on time.Participates in meetings facilitated by creative leads, marketing or business partners to understand the goals and objectives throughout the stages of a project.Effectively resolves problems and roadblocks as they occur.Participates in meetings with internal and external peers and/or managers to exchange information related to assigned activities.

Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience working as a Designer.At least 2+ years of experience working on marketing and/or advertising projects.Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD.Experience with social media marketing.

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in design, advertising or related fields.Experience with multicultural marketing.Experience with customer experience design.Experience with marketing retail, beauty products, and health & wellness products.1+ years of omni-channel experience in print, digital, and environment.Experience communicating ideas to partners to persuade, gain acceptance, or sell.Expertise using Figma.Experience in packaging design, OLV, video, and photoshoot.Experience in styling and propping for in-house video/photoshoot.Agency-side experience is a plus.
