Instructional Designer
to join their team in
Atlanta, GA!
This role will be required to work on a hybrid schedule so local candidates are required.
***This is a 1 year initial contract with the opportunity to extend and/or convert***
This Instructional Designer will be involved in a multitude of eLearning projects for IT learning and development. Up-to-date knowledge of training technology and interactive learning tools, processes, and best practices are required!
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the development of highly engaging and interactive learning solutions using industry standard eLearning softwareApply graphic design practices into practical, application-based learning design and development with the ability to convert strategies to effective and engaging learning experiencesPossess the ability to work in a team environment to design, develop, and build blended learning experiencesAcquire and apply new technology skills to instructional design practices
Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Compuer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business, Management, etc. or equivalent work experience3-5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Graphic DesignerProficient in eLearning software such as Articulate 360, SCORM, and Storyline systems or other training software a plusProficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and/or other similar programsDemonstrated ability to develop graphics and layouts to support learning products in a range of formats: PDF, websites, web-based training, e-books, etc.Must have a visual portfolio
