Job Description:As a Customer Service - Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity towork directly with our customers, understand their needs, and assist in onboarding withour specific clients and products. Responsibilities of the Customer Service - Marketing Associate: • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing outstanding customer service.• Collaborate with a team to understand their marketing goals, target audience, and brand positioning.• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gain insights and identify opportunities for clients.• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications of the Customer Service - Marketing Associate: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
