Job Title: Partner Marketing Manager

Slalom Consulting is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to join our Global Technology Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and creative marketing leader to design innovative ways to accelerate the growth of an already rapidly growing business.

This person will have led complex marketing partnerships and will have proven results in designing and executing cross-platform, multi-pillar, integrated marketing and communications programs, go-to-market strategies, and campaigns.

They will have the ability to change directions as business needs evolve and bring the organization along with them. They will have experience collaborating with various stakeholders internally and externally.

The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing messaging and positioning in collaboration with our internal stakeholders and partner team that resonates with our core audience(s). This person will develop engaging content that fuels demand generation, help craft GTM campaigns that drive pipeline and measurable results, and will drive the development of marketing collateral (presentations, data sheets). This person will be integral in developing and executing our global event strategy for our key partner events.

We are looking for a marketing professional that understands the technology partner ecosystem with a demonstrated commitment to excellence, flexibility, poise, confidence, and the ability to interface with our leadership team in a professional manner.

What You'll DoDevelop a comprehensive 12-month strategy for Slalom + top tier Slalom Partner marketing in conjunction with the Slalom partner teamsLead execution of the marketing plan with a focus on maximizing business impact on schedule and within budget. End-to-end management of all partner marketing outputsOwn relationships with marketing leads at partners, co-developing and executing on joint programming, funding, and external partner-led campaignsWork in conjunction with our go to market, client, people teams, and subject matters experts to develop programs, content, resources, and materials tailored to our key external and internal audiences that enable Slalom teams to scale and execute across the globeDevelop and execute innovative plans to attract clients and candidates alike. Ability to craft creative briefs that fuel the Slalom team to execute our shared vision and business goalsBuild and share a calendar of marketing activities for both you and others to executeLead core planning meetings across various groups to establish event strategies and drive alignment against shared objectives and business goalsDevelop and implement email marketing and digital advertising campaignsTrain end users on how to successfully use content, leverage marketing plans, and easily track success metrics.Utilize measurement and analytics to deliver event returns against expected business results and key performance targets and let those insights inform future campaignsDevelop and maintain excellent rapport with the teams at Partner and Slalom leadership teamsRepresent the Slalom culture in a positive light, always working with a customer service attitudeWhat You'll Bring

Excellent understanding of integrated marketing activities - from advertising and sponsorships to direct marketing and eventsExperience executing complex marketing programs and eventsExperience developing and executing paid and organic marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, goal creation, and measurementData driven, results oriented marketer. Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive business results across a shared vision.Keen understanding of the partner ecosystem and running partner specific campaignsExperience using marketing automation tools (Salesforce Pardot experience preferred)Ability to set priorities and work both independently and collaborativelyAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing budgets and complex schedulesA passionate and curious marketer, who is a learner at heartA quick thinker who can maintain professional composure even under pressureComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentExceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAdvanced skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointBachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, or CommunicationsMinimum 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a partner marketing roleMust be available to travel 25%

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary range is $105,000 to $125,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
