Technical Writer

This position will be responsible for the review and editing of all Management of Change final technical document submissions. The Technical Writer will ensure there is consistency and standardization with formatting and language across all functional groups. They will partner with internal teams and the MOC Analyst to understand the requirements of the change request and associated reference documents to create thorough and concise manuals, processes, and forms.Responsibilities:Review technical documents from business groups and provide necessary edits.Review manuals and forms for consistency.Support Manual Integration by working with various groups to ensure submissions are timely and formatting is consistent.Provide guidance to teams regarding the process to use for updating documentation and forms.Manage documentation within various repositories by ensuring materials are accurate and categorized appropriately.Work with vendor the ensure documents and links within repositories are updated in a timely manner.Generate and manipulate graphic images, animations, drawings, prints, sound, text, data and video into consolidated and seamless products.Analyze the impact of new, existing and potential products in relation to the stakeholder environment.Develop/distribute materials and facilitates their application and access.Coordinate the implementation of various instructional activities. Demonstrate familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures.Participate in the creation of strategies that will effectively and continuously develop the content for enterprise policy and plans.Innovate and continually drive to the next level by staying abreast of new technologies, industry practices and cutting-edge techniques.
