We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Associate Manager to join the Digital Marketing team. This person will contribute to the management and performance optimization of several digital channels including Affiliate, Paid Search and Paid Social. This person will play a critical role in campaign performance and reporting with the close guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills and a passion for retail, e-commerce, and the digital marketing industry. Experience working with at least some of the above listed channels is preferred.

ResponsibilitiesPaid SocialManage campaign set-up, activation, and intra-day optimizations on MetaReport on day-to-day channel performance to ensure that we are spending efficientlyContribute to strategic initiatives for the channels, i.e: develop & execute experiments & A/B tests that evolve our targeting, creative, copy, and landing page strategiesAnalyze trends and audience data to pinpoint optimal ad placementsOversee creative trafficking and ensure assets are delivered on timeAffiliateSupport implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisitionAnalyze program performance and actioning on data and insightsHelp report on influencer campaigns with various partners such as LTK and ShopMyDetermine appropriate partner mix (content creators, review sites, long tail communities), identify commission structure, incentives & promotions that will nurture strong relationships with partnersPull reporting weekly/monthly/quarterly, sharing performance to goals and key insights (key drivers, wins, opportunities)SEMPlan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google and Bing. This will include Google Shopping, PMax, Youtube, and moreMonitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR) and making data-driven recommendations for optimizationConduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize bidding strategiesWork with our Google and Microsoft account managers to deliver performance goals

RequirementsBachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of directly related experience in the performance marketing field, at a brand or agencyExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completionExperience with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, Bing, Youtube, Pepperjam, Criteo preferredYou are well-versed in key metrics (CAC, CPL, LTV, CPA, ROAS, MER)Analytical and data-driven background, with a proven ability to extract valuable insights and narratives from large sets of dataStrong data analysis toolbox, including experience with Excel, GSheet and LookerExtremely strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational/Project Management skills requiredExperience with Rockerbox, Feedonomics, Shopify a plus
