Responsibilities
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trendsCreate compelling visual designs mostly through brand representation and physical packagingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design needs and requirementsDevelop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure brand consistencyPresent design concepts and ideas to incorporate feedback into final designsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design opportunities and trendsManage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field2-4 years of experience in graphic designPrior experience in Consumer Packaging Goods ENCOURAGEDProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, design ect.)Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skillsPortfolio of work REQUIRED
